Microsoft Dynamics CRM Project Manager
A Western Massachusetts-based non-profit seeks a results-driven PM to spearhead their Dynamics CRM implementations. This is a great opportunity to join a social-cultural philanthropic organization serving a great cause!
- Collaborate with internal clients and external third parties to determine business needs and design functional requirements
- Manage external third parties such as vendors and sub-contractors, including establishing/maintaining relationships, requesting/evaluating quotes, reviewing/negotiating contracts, and tracking/reporting performance
- Ensure billing and invoicing accuracy, and document and follow up on disputes as needed
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to support business objectives
- Plan, track, and delegate responsibilities and allocate resources for projects to ensure timely and on-budget execution
- Manage multiple project initiatives simultaneously, from inception to end
- Perform and document custom solution design, testing, installation, implementation, configuration, and end-user training
- Identify and recommend cost-saving technologies and processes to support and optimize current and future operations
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- 4-6+ years of business analysis and project management experience
- 2-4+ years of experience managing and supporting full life-cycle Microsoft Dynamics CRM design, implementations, and configurations
- Experience with data migrations into Dynamics CRM or other business applications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills driven by a logical, methodical approach
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
MUST HAVE/BE:
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Microsoft certifications
- Experience conducting MS SQL Server administration for client installations
- Certified to deliver projects using the MS Dynamics Sure Step methodology
