.NET Developer (C# OR VB.NET) [16393]
A leading national financial services provider seeks to hire a full-time .NET Developer to join its team of 8 in building proprietary technology and custom web-based solutions with coast-to-coast exposure. - Primarily responsible for the full-stack, FLCD of data management, processing, and delivery products that will benefit consumers throughout the US
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Collaborate with team of 8 in the development (70%) and maintenance (30%) with light design responsibilities of web applications used by financial services professionals
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- 1-3+ years of professional .NET web development experience using C# and/or VB.NET in a WCF/SQL environment
- Proven track record of solid front-end development using HTML and JavaScript/AJAX
- Experience building web applications utilizing standard procedures and techniques
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be an enthusiastic and energetic team player who’s ready to learn and contribute from Day 1
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC 5 development would be great
- Exposure to AngularJS
- Working knowledge of API development and 3rd party web services integration
