The temporary basis of this arrangement allows both the client company and the employee to evaluate each other after a specific length of time, to determine if a full-time opportunity makes sense. It is our job to ensure that the right decision is made with as little stress and time wasted as possible. To do this, we engage in a thorough feedback process that is designed to accurately evaluate both the client and candidate’s feelings toward a permanent transition.
In a temp-perm placement situation, a predetermined conversion fee is agreed upon before the temporary term begins. The fee we charge is 20% of the transitioned employee’s annual salary and is of a pro-rated nature determined by how long the temporary term has lasted. A conversion fee is due to CTC upon the commencement date of your new employee’s start date.
