A strategic consulting and technology firm building both outward-facing web and internal business solutions seeks to hire full-time Software Developers to join its team of nine! This company creates various solutions for political campaigns, non-profits, labor unions such as fundraising, statistics tracking, mass e-mailing, and phone banking applications.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Report directly to the Software Team Manager
  • Be creative and contribute to the specifications and functionalities of the company's web-based fundraising and marketing solutions using Java or PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL
  • Collaborate with team composed of developers, QA, designers, and architect to engage in full-cycle development of the company's web-based solutions and applications
  • 15% Design vs. 60% Development vs. 25% Maintenance Responsibilities
  • 50% UI Development vs. 50% Server Development Responsibilities
    ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 2+ years of overall experience
  • Java or PHP
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript
  • jQuery
  • MySQL
    BONUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • OO Experience
  • Familiarity with Linux Command Line
