Staffing Flexibility at the Speed of
The temporary basis of this arrangement allows both the client company and the employee to evaluate each other after a specific length of time, to determine if a full-time opportunity makes sense. It is our job to ensure that the right decision is made with as little stress and time wasted as possible. To do this, we engage in a thorough feedback process that is designed to accurately evaluate both the client and candidate’s feelings toward a permanent transition.
Summary of our Temp-Direct Placement Transition Process Includes:
- Keeping in close contact through productive communication with the client and candidate from day one of the temporary term.
- Making a trip out to the client location for a face to face meeting at the time of the transition period to fully be able to educate and understand the perspectives of both the client and candidate.
- Generating a detailed feedback report for use by both the client and candidate that summarizes their decision-making process.
How Does The Fee Translate From The Temporary Term To The Direct Placement?
In a temp-perm placement situation, a predetermined conversion fee is agreed upon before the temporary term begins. The fee we charge is 20% of the transitioned employee’s annual salary and is of a pro-rated nature determined by how long the temporary term has lasted. A conversion fee is due to CTC upon the commencement date of your new employee’s start date.
