How It Works

Every successfully matched referral we place in a direct hire or 6+ month contract position can earn you a check for $1,000. Your $1,000 referral check is issued 90 days from the position’s official start date and will be contingent upon the referral working in their new position for a minimum of 90 days. All you need to do is provide your referral’s name and contact information by filling out the Submit Referral form and we do the rest!  We guarantee the same level of commitment and dedication you experienced while working with us to each of your referrals. All referrals are 100% confidential. Neither your name nor the referral’s name and contact information will ever be released without permission.
